German Police Car Cheaper Select
BERLIN-German police car usually always dwell on premium brands like Mercedes-Benz, Audi, or BMW. But now Opel Insignia Sport Tourer is elected.
The car is obviously a bit cheaper than the three previous brand, but police still retain for a used German car production.
Germany State of Hesse announced that it has bought 800 units of Opel Special Vehicle. First 25 units have been sent to the security unit, while another 75 units will be delivered before the end of this year.
Opel Insignia Sport Tourer comes with some special equipment including a digital radio receiver system, as well as a special tank that allows the police to bring sniffer dogs in this vehicle.
Behind Bonet, this car store 2800 cc engine with peak power output reached 260 PS. There are also variants that use gasoline and diesel meisn 2,000 cc.
With gray color blue accented, Opel Insignia Sport Tourer is now a "toy" new police force in Germany.
